When you enter the store you may browse through the various groups of products that we offer. You will notice a small picture and a short description to assist you with your choice. You will notice that this list contains:

* Products that list a price. This means this is a 'unique' product with a fixed price.

* Products that list 'Select Option' mean that you will have a number of combinations in the products, from which you are allowed to pick one. It usually refers to identical products that can be ordered in different sizes or luxury varieties.

* Products that list 'Multiple Selection Boxes' mean that you will have a number of combinations in the products, from which you are allowed to as many of the options you want. It usually refers to identical products that can be ordered in different varieties and/or sizes. The number of units you require for each variety/size is placed in the boxes provided.

When you click a picture or the name of a product in the lists, you will get more details of your selection. At this level you can easily return to your list, pick another list or decide you like this product and 'Add to Basket'. And, don't worry the order process is fully secure. When you have finished selecting your purchase(s) the icon in the top right hand corner of the page will take you to your basket. Here you may alter the quantity of a particular item, or delete any item you no longer require.

At the end of the process you will be given the opportunity to enter a card message if the items purchased are for a gift. The maximum space allowed is 255 letters including spaces.

Also at the end of the process you will be given the oppurtinity to specify a future delivery date. We will endevor to meet your request, but it must be remembered that we use a third party for our shipping and unless you pay for Express Delivery (Next day in UK) we can only make this approximate.

Express Shipping.

If you require your shipment to reach you the following day please select Express Shipping at the check out process. Orders made on Friday after 14:30 GMT and Saturday before 10:30 GMT will be delivered Monday. Orders made on Saturday after 10:30 GMT, or Sunday will be shipped Monday for Tuesday delivery
No Sunday deliveries are available.

We also provide payment with PayPal and Google Ckeckout. You do not have to open an account with either of these, you can pay directly with your card..

Offline Payments and Ordering
Although we have done our utmost to guarantee secure payment over the web, customers may still decide to order by phone with their credit card number during the office hours. At the level of the shopping cart, you have the possibility to automatically generate an email document for the product(s) you selected. If you don't have a credit card, please call us at +44 (0)113 250 2524 or on Skype at sweets2524. As this is a shop open to the public, we cannot always answer the telephone especially at busy times. An email will get to us just as quickly and should we need to contact you urgently please provide a telephone number and we will call you.
